Schwa magnets
This game features the main vowel graphemes that can make a schwa sound (the unstressed sound "uh").
Listen to the words before you begin. Notice how they all feature the same schwa sound. Drag the schwa graphemes from the bottom to complete the words within the optional 40 second time limit.
In ‘Activity settings’ you can choose for the schwas to be concluding or medial or either. You can also turn the timer off.
